  3. Now cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes
  4. For Stuffing, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped onion,when translucent add minced garlic,curry powder,black pepper,cumin powder,and nuts and mix well
  5. Now add ground mince and salt in it and mix well cover it and cook it for 10 minutes or till cook when done switch of gas
  6. Now add dry mint leaves powder in it and mix
  7. Now take chilled water rub on palm take a amount of bulgur and nice mixture make hollow cup, place stuffing in centre, cover it nicely from all sides,make all Kibbeh patties like this
  8. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry this patties till light brown in colour
  9. Fry all patties like this and keep on paper to remove excess oil
  10. Now Kibbeh is ready to serve,serve hot for more taste with green and tamarind chutney
