  5. Add merinated chicken. Mix it with masala. Stir and roast for 4-5 minutes. on low heat.
  6. Now add 1 glass water. Cover the lid. Cook it for 15 -20 minutes on low flame.
  7. Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Taste the seasoning. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves.
